1. Parents – The children take after their parents. Thus, health and your weight has a direct impact on your child. If parents are overweight, the child has a 25% chance of becoming overweight themselves. This probability increased to 50% when both parents obese.
2. Encouragement – Nobody likes to be laughed at or made fun. Sorry for talking with your child. You have to encourage him to lose weight and not a question of the child. You must keep the attention of children to healthy foods that he likes and gradually less healthy. You can encourage him to eat fruit salad instead of ice cream.
3. Healthy Eating together – you can feed your entire family healthy. Children often prefer healthy food with their families rather than eat alone. Also, do calorie items away and keep your refrigerator with fresh fruits, nuts, cheese, thin as a child to fill up in the middle of the night to snack.
4. Do you have a healthy breakfast – you have breakfast with foods rich in protein, starch and less fat. Weight loss is more difficult in children would save them for breakfast as decreased metabolism.
5. Physical activity and family – Spend time doing physical activity with your child. You can go for half an hour walk with him at night or play at night. You also can enroll your child in sports or other activities that he will enjoy, while burning calories.
